Who counts as a new customer?
A new customer is someone whose name, phone number and email address are not already in Homora's customer register.
Who can refer a friend?
Anyone who has at least one completed and paid Homora order can act as a referrer.
How is the referrer identified?
The friend enters the referrer's name in the booking form or mentions it when booking by phone or WhatsApp. A personal link can pre-fill the name, but no referral code is required.
When do I receive my credit?
Within seven days after your friend's first order has been completed and paid. The credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on any Homora service.
Can the credit be paid in cash?
No. The reward is Homora service credit and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
No. You may refer as many new customers as you like.
How does the benefit work with packages?
Package prices already include a 14–19% discount, so the referred friend receives €20 off their first package and the referrer receives €20 service credit.

- The friend's first eligible order must have a minimum value of €60.
- The friend must be a new Homora customer whose name, phone and email are not in Homora's register.
- The referrer must have at least one completed and paid Homora order.
- The 20% discount is applied to the friend's first invoice. Package orders receive a flat €20 discount.
- The referrer receives service credit only after the friend's first order has been completed and paid. Package referrals earn a flat €20 credit.
- Credit is added within seven days, is valid for 12 months, can be used for any Homora service and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The referral must be identified at booking using the referrer's name, personal link, phone booking or WhatsApp.
- Homora may reject duplicate, self-referral, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible claims.
